Here are a few tips to ensure that your case is processed as quickly as possible.

  • Submit your case online - it's quicker for you, and your client (direct cases only)
  • Pay the valuation fee by credit/debit card as soon as you receive your shopping list, no further packaging will take place until this fee has been paid.
  • Pristine packaging of your case will make everything run smoothly as follows...

Submitting a packaged case?

The better packaged your case is when it gets to us, the less work we have to do in filling in the gaps. Please ensure that all packaged cases include:

  • Self-cert references
  • Accountants checks
  • A breakdown of debts for debt consolidation cases
  • The amount of the valuation fee that has been paid
